You can use the IDES-CZ application for sending the last declarations for December 2011 in January 2012.
IDES-CZ application will be substituted by a new application called
InstatDesk. This application has a very similar interface and enables import of CSV files with the same structure as import files for IDES-CZ application or as import files for web application InstatOnline.
Current user of IDES-CZ can use the same ID of the station (workstation) and the email they use today.
According to our authentication rules you were asked to change your password (usage of stronger password) and assign email to ID of the station since the half of 2010 year. If you changed your password there should be no problem in using the same authentication data in the new application InstatDesk.
If the user did not change his password before he can do it during the first sending of declaration file in the InstatDesk application. You have to fill out Id of the station (your original), email (your original email assigned to your ID of the station or a new one) in the menu "Basic data / Edit". These items are displayed on the sending form (window). During the sending you use your old original password which enables validation of your account. In the first step of this process the file is not sent but the link for changing your password is sent to your email. Then you can change your password by clicking on the link and by doing this your account with all authentication items is activated in our Active Directory. In the second step you can send the file.

New users of Intrastat.
New users have to fill out "Request for electronical communication with Customs office" ("Žádost o povolení elektronické komunikace") which is now the same for users of both possible applications. This "Request" has to be delivered to the respective Customs Office with attached documents for validation. Every new Intrastat user which is registered at the respective Customs Office has a correct user account in Active Directory it means ID of the station and email, these items are published on so called "Installation protocol". A user can then use our applications for Intrastat.
