Basic advice and information from customs and tax issues and other competencies

The Advisory and Information Centre can be contacted in Czech, English and German language. If the current operating conditions permits it you can personally visit the AIC at the office hours.

You can send us a request to e-mail informace@cs.mfcr.cz at any time. The effort of the AIC is to send answers ASSP. However, the time for an answer depends on the amount and complexity of requests and of direct calls during the office hours.
