Popis projektu
Podstatou projektu je širší zapojení CS ČR do aktivit Europolu prostřednictvím dlouhodobých
a krátkodobých stáží vybraných příslušníků CS ČR v Europolu a účastí v operačních akčních plánech EMPACT zaměřených na boj proti závažné a organizované trestné činnosti v EU. Rozšíření spolupráce a zapojení do výše uvedených aktivit, sdílení dobré praxe a poznatků v rámci CS ČR přispěje
k úspěšnosti vymáhání práva na národní úrovni i k posílení spolupráce s příslušnými orgány ostatních členských států EU v oblasti boje se závažným a organizovaným zločinem.
Cíl projektu
Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň spolupráce v jednotlivých oblastech činností Europolu strategického, organizačního a operativního charakteru, jako je například analýza a řízení rizik, tvorba strategické studie SOCTA, která je základem pro stanovení priorit boje proti závažné a organizované trestné činnosti v EU, vzájemná výměna informací prostřednictvím platformy SIENA, či posílení spolupráce
s orgány vymáhání práva v ostatních členských státech. S tím souvisí i zajištění účasti expertů CS ČR
v jednotlivých akcích EMPACT zaměřených na výše uvedený boj proti trestné činnosti a zajišťování vnitřní bezpečnosti EU v oblastech s výraznou či výlučnou rolí celních správ, jako je například oblast omamných a psychotropních látek, kybernetického zločinu či ochrany práv duševního vlastnictví.

Abstract
The essence of the project is the wider involvement of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic in Europol's activities through long-term and short-term traineeships of selected experts
of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic at Europol and participation in the EMPACT Operational Action Plans aimed at combating serious and organised crime in the EU. Extending cooperation and involvement in the above activities, sharing good practice and knowledge within
the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic will contribute to the success of national law enforcement and to strengthening cooperation with the competent authorities of other EU Member States in the fight against serious and organised crime.
Aims of this action:
The project aims to increase the level of cooperation in the different areas of Europol's activities
of a strategic, organisational and operational nature, such as risk analysis and management,
the production of the SOCTA strategic study, which is the basis for setting priorities for the fight against serious and organised crime in the EU, the mutual exchange of information through SIENA,
or the strengthening of cooperation with law enforcement authorities in other Member States.
This also involves ensuring the participation of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic experts in the various actions of the EMPACT aimed at combating crime and ensuring the internal security of the EU in areas with a strong or exclusive role for customs administrations, such as narcotics and psychotropic substances, cyber crime or the protection of intellectual property rights.
