InstatCSVToGroup
The utility for aggregation of CSV file records - it enables to have shorter file (less records) for import to InstatOnline. (InstatDesk has this functionality in the application)
All these utilities are compiled with OpenJDK 17 (LTS - long term support), (due to Oracle's licensing policy). Just find OpenJDK 17 and install it.
